Application for reimbursement
To claim for reimbursement please complete and return the "Reimbursement Claims Form" attached below.
To ensure a swift and secure method of reimbursement, the new form must be completed and sent to email@example.com.
A signed copy of the completed form should be submitted to the NWWAC Secretariat attaching all documentation required (e.g. original hotel invoices, booking and payment confirmations of flight tickets, etc.) under the below described procedure.
